Product Overview

Product Introduction: Polyacrylamide
This linear polymer, commonly known as PAM, is a transparent ice-like solid at room temperature. The product exists in forms such as liquid, emulsion, and white granules. It's renowned for its outstanding thermal stability. dissolve completely in water to form an even and clear solution without any trace of sedimentation or opacity.
Characteristics of PAM:
1. Coagulation: With the ability to neutralize suspended particles through electrokinetic and bridging adsorption, PAM exhibits excellent coagulation properties.
2. Adhesion: PAM can bond materials through mechanical, physical, and chemical interactions, making it an effective adhesive.
3. Drag Reduction: PAM significantly reduces fluid friction by up to 50-80%, requiring only minute quantities for optimal results.
4. Thickening: PAM thickens under both neutral and acidic conditions, with enhanced thickening observed when the pH exceeds 10. However, PAM tends to hydrolyze easily at high pH levels, forming a semi-reticular structure.
