1. Sludge Dehydrator: Activated sludge technology is typically utilized for urban and industrial wastewater treatment. Bio-sludge, a highly hydrophilic colloid with high organic content, presents challenging dewatering issues. Cationic polyacrylamide efficiently tackles this issue, requiring minimal dosage and facilitating easy separation. The product's corresponding model can be selected based on the nature of the sludge. During dewatering, it produces large flocs that do not adhere to the filter cloth, ensuring no dispersion during pressing. This results in high dewatering efficiency and a final mud cake moisture content of <80%.
2. Paper Auxiliary: In the paper industry, it enhances paper strength by forming electrostatic bridges with inorganic salt ions, fibers, and other organic polymers. It also reduces fiber or filler loss, accelerates water filtration, and serves as a reinforcing, retention, and filtration aid. It can also be used in white water treatment, demonstrating notable flocculation effects during the deinking process.
3. Wastewater and Organic Waste Water Treatment: The product exhibits cationicity in acidic or alkaline media, making it highly effective for flocculation and sedimentation of suspended particles in wastewater with negative charge. This includes wastewater from alcohol factories, beer factories, monosodium glutamate factories, sugar factories, meat products factories, beverage factories, textile printing factories, etc. The use of cationic polyacrylamide often outperforms anionic polyacrylamide, nonionic polyacrylamide or inorganic salts due to the negative charge present in these wastewaters.
4. Oilfield Chemicals: Such as clay expansion inhibitors, oil field acidizing thickeners, and oilfield return water purification.
5. Wastewater Treatment in Filtered Water Plants using River Water: The product exhibits superior performance, requires minimal dosage, and offers cost-effectiveness. The combined effect of adding inorganic flocculants is even better. It is forecasted to serve as a powerful flocculant for water plants along the Yangtze River, Yellow River, and other river catchments.
6. Packaging and Storage: The product is packaged in 25kg paper-plastic composite packaging bags. Alternatively, it can be packaged according to user requirements. If left exposed to air, the dry powder product may absorb moisture and form lumps. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry location.
